• It's not possible to Update a IGEL Universal Desktop device direct from one of the IGEL Download Servers, you must run a local FTP Server to do this.

  • IGEL Technology will not support devices where modifications has been made via the custom partition or any other modifications has been done to the firmware. A reset to factory defaults is required in this case.
