It's not possible to Update a IGEL Universal Desktop device direct from one of the IGEL Download Servers, you must run a local FTP Server to do this. Before you use a new Firmware/Universal Management Suite productively, please make sure that you test the Update in your environment and make sure that the system works fine. We take no responsibility for problems or losses in connection with updates. Please read allways the release notes to get important informations about the changes. IGEL Technology will not support devices where modifications has been made via the custom partition or any other modifications has been done to the firmware. A reset to factory defaults is required in this case.
